    For my Podcast on social media I talked with the director of ONU E-sports team; Troy Chiefari We discussed how he uses social media during his work and outside.

    Without spoiling the interview which can be found below. The questions I asked: how important is social media to the E-sports program? Another question that I asked was how important is social media to the whole industry of E-sports? Another question was how do you balance personal and work social media? After these questions Mr.Chiefari was super explanatory giving us examples and also giving insight on how our E-sports program is able to run their social media. There was a few question I left out so you will have to just tune into the podcast below.

    It also helps that I am a part of the content team and have the insight since I sit in on most of the meetings. With my background of running a E-sports organization I am able to give multiple perspectives. One as a player and the other as a management position. Being able to give all the perspectives are important when approaching different social media channels.
