Chapter 12 Blog

     Hello, all this chapter pretty much boils down to ways document our life. The different avenues that people have explored to teach, inform, and/or entertain. Of course, the way we choose to inform and teach in this class is through blogging.  

    Opinion blogging is one of the easier things to do out of the other options. Which were vlogs, podcasts and webinars which all require at least a bit of knowledge on editing and finding good software to use. With blogs it becomes a story that a person can tell or inform a mass audience. I truly did not realize how many people actually use blogs/read them. Then again, I do find myself listening to Reddit stories because they typically are very entertaining and funny. I do not go out of my way to do it but if they pop up on my "for you page" on TikTok or Instagram I find myself listening to them all the way through.  

    Personally, I enjoy blogging. That is mostly because I enjoy writing, especially about things I find interesting. Plus, I am able to use our blogs we do in class for my job on the Esports team. The timing of this class worked well in my favor since my job position has expanded. I have been put in a position to work on marketing and content. Blogging is a great way to do both of this at once I will be able to do weekly news updates about the team and promote any events that come up within the semester.
